Pit For You Supper - Apricot
Hi Folks,
After a brief absence, sort of like our summer, the LTS is back!
We have moved some meals around; the iconic roast suckling pig is now a Monday meal and added a Clam Bake!!
We have also added a meal that won't cost you anything but your time....instead of paying you can work for 2 hours pitting and coring fruit from our Naramata Orchard "Picker Shack Orchard" and in return we'll feed you a meal and a beer. "Pit For Your Supper" will run for the next 8 weeks, featuring cherries, apricots, peaches, apples and pears.
More than ever, the beers included are stellar, comprising 3 imports and a local craft beer. They have been paired with each meals by our resident beer/wine/whiskey expert Mike Mitchell.
